Jaime Venditti

Jaime Venditti

Co-Chair

As Managing President of Run That, Jaime Venditti believes the catalyst to success is excellent client services coupled with a creative and effective strategy. Exercising a hands-on approach, Jaime is involved in developing a plan and strategy for every client. Jaime maintains close relationships with advocacy organizations, business groups, and various industry partners throughout New York, making her uniquely successful in quality alliance development.

Jaime is known throughout the state for her ally development, grasstops, grassroots, and coalition development work. With experience spanning over two decades, Jaime has developed keen expertise within the healthcare industry specializing in pharmaceuticals. She also has extensive experience working for industries such as aviation, energy, technology, insurance, tort reform, agriculture, and cyberspace.

Before founding J Strategies, Inc., Jaime was the Vice President of a Central New York government affairs firm where she oversaw the management of all clients. She was responsible for all client media campaigns ranging from media tours, event planning, press conferences, editorial boards, and media placement. Additionally, she managed the firm’s lobbying, alliance development, legislative affairs, and public relations efforts for many of the firm’s corporate and not-for-profit clients. Previously, Jaime spent time as an analyst in the New York State Assembly Majority Leader’s office.

Jaime’s background also includes experience as a campaign consultant for local and state candidates, as well as being an award-winning public relations account manager for a well-known advertising and public relations firm. Jaime’s experience in both the public and private sector has given her a breadth of familiarity with the formal process and keen knowledge of how decisions are made. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and continues to reside in the Central New York area with her two sons.

Julie K. Miner

Julie K. Miner

Co-Chair

Julie K. Miner leads a diverse group of talented staff across all disciplines and a range of client industries, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the firm.

With a keen understanding of policy, communications, government relations, alliance development, business development, and strategy, Julie has created results-driven messages for small businesses and Fortune 100 companies alike, turning opponents into allies and challenges into overwhelming successes.

Along with her dedicated team, Julie works hand-in-hand with clients on developing and implementing plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives, building upon her experience in the public and private sectors and a multitude of relationships with stakeholders, policymakers, nonprofit organizations, small business owners, clergy, and community activists. She has extensive experience in finance, labor, social services, and healthcare issues.

Julie previously served as Regional Director for U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer and was the first woman political director for the Empire State Regional Council of Carpenters.

Julie supports a variety of charitable causes, including the International Institute for Human Empowerment and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region (where she previously served as a former board vice president), and Grassroots Givers. A dog lover, Julie provides training guidance to new Pyrenees owners and supports the National Great Pyrenees Rescue. Julie is a graduate of Syracuse University and lives in Albany.

Ashlee Casper Palmieri

Ashlee Casper Palmieri

Director, Social Impact

Ashlee Casper Palmieri has a passion for creating strategic, comprehensive campaigns that help clients leave lasting, positive impacts on those around them. She excels at building alliances and an issue following, branding successful campaigns, implementing community partnership initiatives, and garnering support for organizations through traditional and social media.

Ashlee has extensive experience in several industries across New York and New Jersey, including non-profit, health care, agriculture, energy, and sports. Ashlee also gained legislative experience interning in both the U.S Senate and New York State Senate and has worked on several state political campaigns. Some of her additional skills include coalition management, designing marketing materials, website management, and media pitching.

Ashlee is a graduate of the University at Albany, where she studied Political Science and Business Administration. She currently serves as the co-founder and Vice President of the Kyle Palmieri Foundation, an organization dedicated to raising funds for and awareness of military non-profits. Ashlee also sits on the NPower New Jersey’s Regional Advisory Board and the Unbridled Heroes Project Executive Board.

Ashlee resides in Hoboken, NJ and on Long Island’s North Fork with her husband, Kyle, and their rescue dogs, Penelope and Piper. During her free time, you can find Ashlee cooking for family and friends, testing out the latest health and wellness trends, and taking advantage of all the beautiful vineyards and beaches the North Fork has to offer.

Francisca Cruz

Francisca Cruz

Director, Diversity, Inclusion & Creativity

Francisca believes that passion and career are integrally linked. She puts head and heart into everything she does, which helps her deliver high-level results and inspire others. Prior to joining Run That, Francisca worked as Director of Alliance Development and Events at J Strategies, having the responsibility for the strategic execution and development of alliances and events planning. Working on a health-related multilingual program, at the state and national level, Francisca served in various capacities to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and collaboration between clients, community partners, government officials, and stakeholders.

Francisca has over fifteen years of professional experience working in strategic communications, from digital marketing to corporate social responsibility, as well as in the coordination of corporate events, including conferences, press events and workshops. She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic where she gained most of her professional experience in event planning. But she also has work experience in Argentina, Italy, the United States, and Puerto Rico. Francisca is a native Spanish speaker, who also speaks English and Italian, and is currently learning Portuguese and American Sign Language.

Francisca holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and studied a master’s degree in Internationalization of Local Development, Production, and Design, at the Bologna University, in Argentina and Italy. In October 2020, was honored as 40 under 40 Rising Star for City and State New York.

Francisca’s hobbies are playing tennis, going to the beach, hiking, and crafting decorative pieces re-using glass bottles, jars, woods and other recycled materials. She is part of the LGBTQ+ community, has a wonderful child and a beautiful dog, and lives in New York City.
